Project Overview
Reset Mind and Body partnered with us to transform their creative operations and visual identity. As a rapidly growing multi-location wellness brand, they needed high-quality content and scalable internal systems to support long-term growth. During our partnership with Reset Mind and Body we developed a high-performing social content engine built on strategy, consistency, and longevity. Each month, we executed content shoots designed to capture both evergreen and campaign-specific assets—ensuring maximum ROI across platforms and timelines. Our ideation was driven by brand pillars, promotions, and paid media needs, with every deliverable crafted for reuse across channels. By working in sync with Reset’s social media manager, we planned content in advance, supporting an organized posting schedule and a scalable creative pipeline.
Challenges and Solutions
One of the biggest challenges Reset faced was the complete lack of a creative infrastructure. They had no formal processes or tools in place to support content planning or execution. To solve this, we introduced structured systems including production calendars, reporting templates, asset libraries, and content pipelines—supported by software tools to manage workflows and data organization.
Additionally, Reset’s expansion into new franchise locations meant the brand needed content tailored to individual studios while remaining cohesive at the national level. Our solution was to produce localized content through on-site shoots across the Phoenix metropolitan area, capturing studio-specific assets that still aligned with the overarching brand identity.
Finally, Reset’s need for daily social media content posed a unique challenge. We addressed this by creating a bank of evergreen content optimized for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, supported by branded graphic templates and a streamlined post-production workflow that allowed for efficient scaling across channels.
